Rossland recycling pick-up delayed until Jan. 18

The City of Rossland said in a press release today that the scheduled recycling pick-up Jan. 4 has been cancelled due to heavy snow in Lower Rossland..
“Scheduled curbside recycling for today will not be picked up in Lower Rossland due to road conditions,” the release said. “GFL Environmental apologizes for any inconvenience and will pick up recyclables on the next scheduled pick-up day (January 18, 2022).”
The Weather Network is calling for more snow starting wednesday night and continuing on through Thursday and Friday.
