Warfield community bands together to support sick baby boy

The Warfield community has rallied to raise almost $12,000 for 5-month-old Thatcher Stephens after being diagnosed with Stage 4S Neuroblastoma.
Thatcher’s tiny body has tumours in his kidney, liver, skin, head and near his brain. Thankfully, this cancer is curable and Thatcher will undergo two cycles of chemotherapy with a promising prognosis.
Thatcher and his family will be in Vancouver until the end of December and a fundraiser was started to help his parents with travel costs and expenses while he is undergoing treatment.
