Air Canada is increasing service to the West Kootenay Regional Airport with an additional day of flights to and from Vancouver starting February 8, 2022.

Travellers can now book Air Canada Express flights to and from Vancouver six days a week for afternoon travel on Dash 8-Q400 aircraft which seats 78 passengers. View the schedule and book flights online any time at aircanada.com.

“Another day of flights with Air Canada is exciting news for West Kootenay travellers looking for the best options for their travel needs,” says West Kootenay Regional Airport Manager, Maciej Habrych. “As the regional airport, we are very happy to be one step closer to returning service to what it was before the pandemic.”

On June 28, 2021, Air Canada returned to the West Kootenay Regional Airport, following a suspension of flight service resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been increasing flights as demand grows.
