In view of the ongoing pandemic emergency, the City of Rossland has postponed registration for all spring and summer 2020 recreation programs.

City staff continue to plan and prepare to open summer recreational facilities and to start summer programs, but are delaying registration pending further information and guidance on the pandemic, and how best to protect residents and continue curbing its spread.

REFUNDS:

The City’s Recreation department will issue pro-rated refunds to anyone who has already registered and paid for programs in April, including adult sports that would have been held at the RSS gymnasium.  Those who paid in cash or by cheque will receive a cheque; those who paid online will receive their refund as a credit to their credit card account.

FUTURE: CHECK AGAIN

Please check back on April 27, 2020, and, for the summer recreation guide and pool hours, follow the FaceBook page at https://www.facebook.com/RosslandRecreation/

Readers can easily access the City website by clicking on the City’s ad on the upper left-hand side of this page, for more information and updates about further actions and initiatives related to the COVID-19 epidemic – and all other City information.
