Joe Hill Coffee House invites you to yet another evening of relaxed, family-friendly entertainment by the talented performers in your community.  This entirely volunteer-run event, on the third Sunday of every month except July and August,  been going strong in Rossland for over eight years.

It’s in the Rossland Legion at  2081 Washington Street while the Miners’ Hall is being renovated, but it’s the same Joe Hill as always – coffee, tea and goodies (no bar), nice surroundings, good sound, and good fun, all for a mere $3.

Our next show is November 20.  Doors open at 6:00 PM, show begins  at 7:00.  Mark your calendar, tell your friends.

Our performers for the November 20 show are:

·         Bert Kniss – new tunes on a flashy new instrument.  Stand back!

·         Julia Halbert – beautiful singing by a rising young star

·         Kootenay Dance Works – Ali, Bethany and Sophie dance their spirits

·         Marnie Jacobsen – a dramatic monologue inspired by Dr. Seuss.  Hmm…

·         Stevo – A Rossland stalwart, always new

·         Brett Wildeman – great sounds, great rhythm

·         Norm McLeod – a Joe Hill debut by real pro

Joe Hill Coffee House is always open to new performers – young and old, beginners or polished.  All welcome; no auditions.  It’s where you can relax and perform for the best audience anywhere.  For more information contact Les Carter at retrac01@telus.net, 250-362-5677.
