The Rossland Council of Arts and Culture (RCAC) is committed to removing barriers to participation in arts and culture programming and events for patrons in Rossland. By participating in this survey, you’re helping the RCAC understand specific barriers in our community and how to address them.
The community consultation is open now until midnight on Friday, October 23, 2026. Paper copies of the survey are available at City Hall, the Rossland Public Library and Out of the Cellar.
