Whilst all efforts will be made to maintain access for emergency vehicles, due to the depth and location of the required excavations, vehicular travel through the site may be hazardous and is not recommended and at times will not be possible.

Further closures will be necessary as the work progresses and we will provide updated advisories.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS

We encourage all pedestrians to avoid Washington St and find alternate routes to and from your home, in order to ensure safety in the construction zone and reduce delays caused by the construction.

Please do not walk through the old EMCON lot.  It is a construction zone and could be hazardous.
