Joe Hill Coffee House, Rossland’s community venue for talent from near and far, has a great show for you on May 15:
- The Band Formerly Known as The String Section – Five excellent young local musicians. Not to be missed!
- Steve Rathwell – our itinerant troubadour
- Greg & Danielle – sweet sounds all together
- Wayne Saluti – always intriguing
- Christopher Page – a Joe Hill debut by a fine guitarist
- Dawn Graham – the famous voice singing classic jazz
- Kiana Tingley – Rossland’s up and coming singer/songwriter/guitarist
Joe Hill Coffee House is in the Rossland Legion, 2081 Washington Street until the Miners Hall renovations are completed. It’s the same traditional family-friendly format – coffee, tea, goodies, nice tables and chairs, cozy surroundings, and good sound. (No bar.)
Doors open at 6:00 PM; the show starts at 7:00. Come early and garner some goodies — and don’t miss that first performance!
It’s only $3, kids and students free – the best entertainment value for many a kilometer. Eight seasons so far and going strong.
