Storm the stairs for a good cause!

On Saturday, September 12th, the United Way will be hosting the inaugural STORM the STAIRS fundraising event. Storm the Stairs is a fundraising fun run with the proceeds going to the 2015 Campaign Fund to be invested in local programs and services that help hundreds of people every year in our communities.
When you accept this challenge, please know that you are doing so much more than climbing/running 1501 stairs/4.07 km run – you are showing support for our communities – you are making a difference!
Storm the Stairs promises to be a great event combining various stair cases in the West Trail area with a run. The fun will start at Piazza Colombo Park on Rossland Ave. to Pine Ave. then will take runners/walkers through various other stair cases throughout the west side and finish at the Piazza Colombo. There will be prizes, raffles, BBQ, live entertainment, activities for the kids plus much more.
