Golden City Grind run this Sunday!

Attention Rossland and area runners! It’s time to lace up your Aasics or slip on your FiveFingers for the annual Golden City Grind this Sunday, September 7! Test out your time on the gruelling 10k, the almost-as-gruelling 5k, or the fun kids’ 1k race! Meet at the Centennial trailhead — registration starts at 9 a.m., and the race starts at 10 a.m.
Thanks to our sponsors the Alpine Grind, Gerick Sports in Trail, Sweet Dreams Cakery for the yummy cookie medals, Mountain Nugget Chocolate Company for the fabulous chocolate medals, Ferraro Foods, and Bear Country Kitchen! Lots of great prizes to be had. Proceeds go to skier development at Black Jack Cross Country Ski Club.
