The Strumbellas have polished their boot buckles, dusted off their belts and ironed their finest shirts for the release of their sophomore album, We Still Move On Dance Floors.

The band is bright and shiny like a freshly pressed penny (remember those?) with a new video, new website and their new album. The continuous one shot video for the catchy new track End of an Era (produced in cooperation with MuchFACT), premiered recetnly on Exclaim.ca and in 24 hrs has gone viral with over 70,000 views.

The story on the new video became exclaim.ca’s number one story of the day and landed the video on reddit.com’s coveted home page! The Strumbellas also launched a new website at www.thestrumbellas.ca – head on over and have a listen to the album stream! Next month they will kick off a Western Canadian tour (dates listed below) and will wrap up November with a hometown show at The Horseshoe in Toronto on November 30th.

The Lindsay, ON bred, Toronto-based band headed to Bear Creek Studio just outside of Seattle, to record their sophomore album with Grammy nominated producer, Ryan Hadlock (Metric, Gossip, Moondoggies, The Lumineers). Have a listen to the first single, In This Life, and take a gander at the band-made lyric video.

The band will play the Rafter’s Pub on Thursday, November 7th!
