Dan and Shannon McIlmoyle are the owners and operators of this local Spice company. Coming from Rivervale, BC they bring you a huge selection of handmade spices, seasoning blends, balsamic reductions, bbq sauces and hot sauces (check out these awesome seasonings/rubs: Smoke Medley, Fish Rub, Kootenay Jerk, Herbs de Provence…and so many more!)
They have been in business for about a year and are very proud to support other local businesses. They buy all their ingredients locally and they rent a local industrial kitchen space to work their creative magic.
The McIlmoyles are very strong believers of shopping in our local area and are excited to offer their own product for others to enjoy. Their spices have a low salt content and contain no fillers and no MSG. Each of these delicious blends are made personally by them – what more could you want? Healthy, locally made, scrumptious spices, seasonings and sauces!
Already Dan and Shannon have been featured in the Trail Times and on the Kootenay Business Magazine website and they are also members of the Trail & District Chamber of Commerce.
