Weather outside is amazing

The sun was shining during the weekend and its planning to stick around for the next week as Environment Canada calls for warm temperatures.

Environment Canada in Castlegar is calling for clear skies is the forcast with temperatures to reach 30 degrees Celcius.

There is a 30 percent chance of rain for Wednesday.

During the weekend the turtles at Grohman Park pond were enjoying the day on the log.

Grohman Narrows Provincial Park is located a few kilometers west of Nelson on Highway 3A.

The 10-hectare day use park protects the sensitive habitat of several plants and animals while providing visitors with exceptional views of the Kootenay River, Narrows Island and Groham Narrows.

There is even a viewing bench to sit and enjoy watching the turtles.
