Just a week after announcing his candidacy in a public meeting, BC Liberal candidate Jim Postnikoff has made a major campaign staffing change, bringing his son Jesse in to manage hios campaign.

Postnikoff said former campaign manager Meagan Salekin is stepping away for personal reasons, but continues to support the campaign.

“Yesterday, I accepted the resignation of my campaign manager, Meagan Salekin,” Postnikoff said in a release. “Meagan will step away from the campaign for personal reasons. Meagan is an extremely talented individual, who has done a tremendous job on my behalf and I hate to lose her. Meagan remains a supporter of the party and the campaign. In her absence my new campaign manager Jesse Postnikoff will be assuming the role as we move forward in the campaign for keeping B.C. strong.”

Postnikoff was unable to provide any information regarding campaign offices or debate schedules, but said he hopes to have that information in the very near future.
