The Community Garden’s first growing season is coming to a close, and the Rossland REAL Food group invites you to celebrate with them.
Look through the garden, chat with our members, stay for a picnic potluck (weather permitting), and win some great draw prizes!
There will be a short talk about how the garden came to be and how it runs, and formal recognition of our garden mentors, followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony and don't forget the delicious cake!
If you’d like to stay for the potluck dinner, please bring a blanket or folding chair, plates & cutlery, and some food to share.
Thursday September 9
Community Garden, north end of Jubilee Field
5:00 – 8:00pm
(recognition, prizes and ribbon cutting will take place between 5:00 and 6:30pm)
