RV destroyed by fire; cause still under investigation

A flaming RV brought three Trail firefighters to Casino Road in the wee hours of Feb. 23, according to KBRFR Capt. Jason Milne.
He said the call came in at 3:01 a.m., crews arrived on scene at 3:08 a.m., and the fire was considered under control by 3:20 a.m.
He said the RV was fully involved when crews arrived.
The vehicle was on the side of the road and unoccupied, and the fire was reported by a witness in Glenmerry. No one was injured.
Milne said KBRFR will return in daylight to investigate the cause of the blaze.
