Foul play not suspected after man's body found in school field

Foul play is not suspected in the death of a 27-year-old Salmon Arm man after body was found on school grounds Monday morning, according to RCMP Cpl. Dan Moskaluk.
Moskaluk said police received a report early Monday morning of man laying in a high school field.
“On Feb. 1, 2016 at approximately 7 a.m., Salmon Arm RCMP responded to a report of a male down,” he said. Police attended and found a deceased 27-year-old local male.
“BC Coroner Service attended and subsequent investigation determined there was no indication of foul play.”
The male’s family was notified. The BC Coroner has now taken custody of the file.
