Name of gunman released for court appearance

Rick Rogerson, 47, will be held in custody after his court date Feb. 12.
This, after an armed stand-off with police lasting more than 20 hours saw police evacuating a Castlegar neighbourhood last weekend.
Rogerson appeared in court Thursday, and is being charged with a laundry list of charges.
