The Monashee Institute is the new initiative from the Innovative Education Task Force, who operates under the City of Rosslands’ Sustainability Commission. The Monashee Institute was officially launched last week and this week is the Open House.

It will be an evening of cocktails and conversations and an opportunity to draw local instructors, support and attention.
There are a lot of talented and bright minds in our community and region and we are inviting anyone who is interested in hosting a workshop, seminar, series, an eco-tour, outdoor adventure, a retreat or educational event to locals and visitors, please join us for an evening of cocktails and conversations as you learn about the opportunities that exist for you to grow your business, share your talents with both the locals who live and the visitors who travel here. The goal of the Monashee Institute is to distinguish our area and the mountain culture lifestyle as an experiential learning destination that attracts visitors throughout each season and engages local support and connection to create economic growth into our area, all year, every year.
