Roller Derby Regular season final Friday at Selkirk College

Selkirk College gymnasium is the place to be for exciting roller derby action as the Dam City Rollers host the final doubleheader of the West Kootenay Roller Derby regular season.
The last double header — with Rossland/Trail Roller Girls facing Valley Vendettas at 6 p.m. and Dam City hosting Nelson Killjoys at 8 p.m. — before our much-anticipated finals in Rossland promises to be an intense set of matches with a lot riding on them.
Standings have the Killjoys leading with an undefeated record followed by Salmo’s Babes of Bruitality at 2-2, Valley Vendettas at 1-1 and Rossland/Trail and Dam City each at 1-2.
Rossland Trail Roller Girls and The Dam City Rollers both have potential to end the season in a three-way tie with the Babes of Brutality.
The top four teams advance to the final with only winning the Golden Boot at the fourth annual Mountain Mayhem in Rossland September 8th at 3 p.m.
