At Big Red Cats, we know that most Rosslanders don't often get out cat skiing because they already have season passes and they can just wait for the big dumps to come in order to get their needed powder fixes. RED is off to a thrilling start for the season as the base is in great shape for a fun winter of La Nina filled snow. With a base of 115cm on the upper parts of the mountain, RED is already ahead of last season’s snowfall, year to date.

A BLAST OF GRATTITUDE PAY IT FORWARD.... So I walked into Subway in Rossland today (Dec. 1st)to have coffee with a friend. I ordered soup and coffee. I pulled my money out to pay and the guy says "its free for you today"...I said "pardon me?" and he said..."The last customer that came in wanted to buy the next customer's lunch!"
