StartUp Nelson is hosting a free LinkedIn workshop reflecting International Women’s Day.
The event, set for Thursday, March 8th, from 9 a.m. to Noon at Community Futures, is an opportunity to meet fellow female entrepreneurs, have some fun and learn how to put LinkedIn to work for you.
“Optimizing your LinkedIn account and using it as part of your marketing strategy is very advantageous for entrepreneurs,” said Fern D. Sabo, Founder and CEO of Intelakey Branding & Design.
“In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to create a professional profile for both business promotion and career advancement.”
Sabo, who believes everyone has the ability to realize their greatest potential,is a marketing communications specialist who works with clients of all types but has more recently started to work with female entrepreneurs on self-branding techniques.
She believes we all have “greatness” coded within us and empowering woman to be the executives of their own businesses is her passion.
