Trail Regional Aquatic eXcellence (TRAX) competitive Coach Bill Park ChPC has been selected by Swim BC to represent the Province at the Prospects West Training Camp April 10-13, 2014 in Saskatoon.

Coaches are selected based on the highest FINA point scoring swim in each age group and gender.

Many of the TRAX, formerly known as the Trail Winter Swim Club (TWSC), competitive swim program swimmers have scored well at both Provincial AA and AAA Championships this season.

Coach Park is excited to assist SWIM BC with promoting Long Term Athlete Development and EXCELLENCE in the sport of competitive swimming. He is a technical expert that ensures his swimmers are safe and swim well first before developing them to SWIM FAST.

TRAX coaches are always interested in sharing their expertise and are excited to learn new advanced ways to assist the talented youth in this sport by attending camps such as the Prospects West.

“The swimmers we coach learn proper fundamental skill sets in our quality academy competitive swim program and represent this community all over the Province”.

“Currently we have many of our youth swimmers being named to the BC SUMMER GAMES competitive swimming prospects list for our zone and only those registered with SWIM BC are eligible for that honor this coming July,” Park said.

All TRAX swimmers are working hard to proudly represent the Home of Champions.

The club is thrilled with the progress of the team guided by experienced coaches such as Coach Bill Park.
