The West Kootenay circuit shifts to LVR Wednesday for the Kootenay Kramp.

The race begins near the field at the Tenth Street campus of Selkirk College.

The course is approximately a 4 km loop that has a lot of steep single-track hills, open flats along the Trans Canada Trail, and some gravel road as well.  Roots and rocks are commonplace on the single track.

Race begins at 4:15 p.m.
