OPEN CASTING CALL
Cold Rock Productions Inc. is holding an open casting call for the upcoming feature film The Tall Man starring Jessica Biel. The film is scheduled for production September 2010 through November 2010. The action/thriller is the feature length English-language debut from writer/director Pascal Laugier whose French horror film Martyrs opened to critical acclaim at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival and screened to enthusiastic audiences at the Toronto International Film Festival later that year.
The film’s casting department is looking for people of all ages, ethnicities and
body types – especially character faces. Interested parties are encouraged to attend one of the following open casting sessions:
Sunday, September 5 – Nelson, BC
Time – 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location – North Shore Hall (675 Whitmore)
Monday, September 6 – Nelson, BC
Time – 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location – North Shore Hall (675 Whitmore)
Tuesday, September 7 – Salmo, BC
Time – 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location – Salmo Valley Youth and Community Centre (206 – 7th Street)
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No previous acting
experience is required, but those with experience are encouraged to bring their
resumes. Speaking roles and background roles are available.
