Take it to the slopes and help the Canadian Cancer Society fight back against cancer at the 3rd Annual Slopes for Hope Red Mountain on February 22. Slopes for Hope Red is a family friendly ski-a-thon in which participants attempt to ski or board the vertical distance of Mount Everest in one day (29,029 feet). Participants can sign up as individuals for a personal challenge, or in teams and split the distance between team members. We are thrilled to announce that we are growing the event with the addition of being able to participate in a 10 km Nordic ski challenge at Black Jack Ski Club! Participants that raise $100/adult and $50/youth will be eligible for half price Red lift ticket or free day pass at Black Jack. There will be an après-event with entertainment and prizes awarded at the end of the day for both challenges at Red Mountain Resort.

Buy your Slopes for Hope raffle tickets at the Canadian Cancer Society office or Gerick Sports for a chance to win a 13 foot fishing kayak, K2 skis with bindings, Cat Ski package or a Burton luggage bag.

Raffle tickets sold at the Canadian Cancer Society Trail office and Gerick Sports.

Will your Slopes for Hope team win the coveted GOLDEN BOOT trophy this year? Register a team of 4, ski the most vertical, raise the most money for the cancer fighting cause and win the bragging rights and take home the GOLDEN BOOT trophy!
