Recently, there have been mutterings at City Hall about the pool nearing the end of its functional life -- sad news for many Rosslanders. Can anything be done to save or replace our pool? Does Rossland need another volunteer pool-building blitz? Would that even be possible these days? Or is it time to begin applying for any grants that might help? Time for thinking caps.
