SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18

SHOW AT 7:00 PM (DOORS AT 6:00)

ROSSLAND LEGION HALL, 2081 WASHINGTON ST.

Joe Hill Coffee House, Rossland’s community venue for performers from near and far, presents our first show of the ninth season on September 18, starting at 7:00 PM in the Rossland Legion Hall.

(Thanks to the Legion for providing this fine venue while renovations to the Miners Hall proceed.)

Our performers this coming Sunday are:

·         Michael Gifford – Oldies and originals from the master

·         Paul Bowles – Stories, poetry, rhythm, wisdom

·         Steve Rathwell – Guitar mastery and a great repertoire

·         November and Avery Scott – Up-and-coming young harmonica virtuosos

·         Wayne Saluti – Distinctive style, something different

·         Aaron Cosbey – Singing and playing, no sock puppets this time, just fine sounds

·         Marti Daniel – Intelligent songs, nice touch

It’s the same friendly Joe Hill format as always – cozy surroundings, coffee, tea and goodies (no bar), good sound, and nice intimate atmosphere.

Its’ a mere $3.  No better deal anywhere.  Mark your calendar, tell your friends.  See you there!

Joe Hill Coffee House is always looking for new performers – young and old, beginners or polished.  All welcome; no auditions.  It’s where you can relax and perform for the best audience anywhere.  For more information on performing, contact Les Carter at retrac01@telus.net, 250-362-5677.
