One of the more frequent vehicle equipment complaints that I receive is about headlight glare. I am told that they are horrendous to an oncoming driver and it is hazardous to be driving because they are blinding. Drivers want to take their eyes off the road or look to the side to avoid them. Are they legal?

The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League’s (KIJHL) Revelstoke Grizzlies have ceased operations for the remainder of the 2020/21 season after members of the organization tested positive for COVID-19.

 Interior Health has identified an additional ten cases of COVID-19 linked to a community cluster in the Fernie area since the cluster was declared on Jan. 27.

Since Jan. 1, 2021, a total of 91 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in this region and 60 cases are currently active.

Most of the transmission occurred at recent social events and gatherings.

“Today, we are reporting 514 new cases, including six epi-linked cases, for a total of 66,779 cases in British Columbia.

Court records have revealed the name of a man who allegedly breached Rossland City Hall armed with a bow-and-arrow and other weapons. Twenty-four-year-old Matthew Ponka has been charged with two counts of carry/have in their possession  weapons/firearms, once count of mischief, one count of forcible entry and one count of  possessing weapon for dangerous purpose.
